I'm a 17-year-old senior at Monte Vista High School in California. I would describe myself as kind-hearted, ambitious and talented.  I’m passionate about child psychology and youth mental health and I’m committed to creating environments where young people feel supported and heard.

 I have worked with the Youth Mental Health Academy, where I learned and applied principles of psychology and community care. With a goal of improving mental health and overall wellbeing in under resourced communities, I interned at 826 Valencia, helping students strengthen their writing skills and confidence. Currently, I serve as a program leader for the Town of Danville Teen Centers, guiding groups and organizing activities. Creativity is a big part of my life as well—I’m active with the Peter Pan Foundation and the Bay Area Magic Makers, where I explore new ways to engage and inspire through art and innovation. I’ve also sung in choirs for most of my life and am currently a member of Monte Vista’s Concert and Chamber Choirs.

I love traveling and have visited  32 countries. Most recently I was in Istanbul. I was raised in a family that embraces different cultures, languages, and traditions. From observing the wildlife and nature in Lion Sands National Reserve in South Africa to bungee jumping in New Zealand, I feel so lucky to have gotten the opportunity to see stunning places and meet interesting people.
